Refund Policy

Subscription model
Nexus Humanum is sold as a monthly subscription. Each renewal grants a fresh allowance of credits for that month; credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges; you keep access to the credits already granted until the end of the current paid period.
What you can refund
- First-cycle refund (14 days). If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription charge AND have used fewer than 10% of the credits granted that cycle, we refund the full amount.
- Duplicate or accidental charges— refunded in full regardless of the 14-day window.
- Service unavailability— if the Service was unavailable for an extended period during a billing cycle and you could not reasonably use your credits, contact us and we will refund or credit the unused portion.
What we cannot refund
- Renewal charges after the first cycle.Subscription auto-renews; if you forgot to cancel before a renewal, we don’t refund the new cycle. You can still cancel at any time to stop future charges.
- Spent credits. Once a credit is consumed by a generation request, the corresponding compute and AI-provider costs have been incurred and the transaction is final.
- Subscriptions where more than 10% of the cycle’s credits have been used (refunds in this case are at our discretion).
How to cancel or request a refund
You can cancel your subscription any time from the customer portal link sent in your purchase receipt (Lemon Squeezy). For refund requests email darthhash@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and include:
- your account email,
- the order or subscription ID (from the receipt),
- a brief reason.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy); bank settlement may take an additional 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly.
